Compensation: $200,000 to 230,000 (doe) plus annual bonus

Partnered with a client who is looking for a strategic, people-first Director of Engineering to guide innovation, execute a long-term product development, and drive excellence across tools and instruments portfolio. In this role, you'll shape long-term engineering strategy, elevate organizational capability, and develop and guide high-impact teams to deliver differentiated, customer-focused products.

You will champion operational rigor, implementing scalable processes, Lean practices, and performance metrics that strengthen productivity, predictability, and product quality across multiple concurrent programs. You'll partner closely with Product, Operations, Quality, and external ODMs to streamline execution and accelerate innovation from concept through launch - full product lifecycle.

As a senior leader, you will oversee budgeting, resource planning, and organizational investments, ensuring the right balance between near-term delivery and long-term capability building.
